The reasoning behind this paper is for people to know how important the first amendment really is. The first amendment states that people of the country have the right to freedom of speech and media.  Here are some examples.  Do students right of speech increase as they get older. High school students have rights over elementary students. College students have more speech rights over high school students.

            Did your speech rights increase as you got older?  I know mine did. As students get older, they get more rights. Students are looked at differently. When they get older. They are supposed be more mature. They can handle words better. They also feel that they are part of the world and should be able to speak out on how they feel and why. This is how I know I got more rights when I got older.

            Do high school students have speech rights over elementary students? Yes, high school students are learning what rights they have and how the rights fit into the world.

Therefore, they should be able to test these rights. As students gets older, they look for more freedom and rights. This is another reason why elementary students do not have right that high school students have. High school student also want to talk and act like adult in there school year. However they still have to watch what they say and how they say things. This is how I feel about this matter.

            College student have many rights over high school student. Freedom of speech should be no question. A college student is speaking out to build a career. They also do this because many colleges encourage this behavior. Professors don’t look at you as children they look at you as a young adult and should be able to say what you feel and how you feel it. Without having any conflict with other people telling you how to act and talk. This is what I believe is right in this matter.

            In conclusion, now that the paper has been read. This is a review of what was gone over. How students get freedom of speech rights as they get older. High school students have speech rights over elementary student.   College students have Speech rights over high school students.
